Appraisal for Special Purpose Properties
Valuation experts must possess experience in the region and property type for which they are rendering an opinion of value, according to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Nothing will undermine a valuation quicker than the revelation that the appraiser has insufficient experience with the property type, or location, of the real estate.
Demonstrated history with several special purpose property types:
- Hospitals and medical clinics (U.S. and Mexico),
- Golf courses (U.S. and Mexico),
- Conservation easements,
- Religious facilities,
- Commericial greenhouses (U.S. and Mexico),
- Petroleum distribution facilities.
If we don't have expertise, we will be happy to refer you to someone who does.
